Schaffel Psychotherapy Suites was created in 1989 by Gary Schaffel, President of Schaffel Development Company to develop office space exclusively for mental health practitioners when his wife Diane, a licensed MFCC, had great difficulty locating suitable offices for her own growing practice. Determined to fill this need, Schaffel Psychotherapy Suites assembled a team of professional consultants, designers, leasing agents, and specialty sub-contractors, and began searching for Class A office buildings that would enable it to create the environment desired by discerning mental health practitioners.
Seventeen years later, Schaffel Psychotherapy Suites has proudly developed and now manages
81 individual offices in fourteen separate office suites. Several of our master leases with building owners have options extending our leases until February of 2016.
