You can submit a Customer Service Request one of four ways:
1. Fill out your Customer Service Request Form, which you can find in your Homeowner's Manual and mail it to: Schaffel Development Company Customer Service, 15235 Burbank Blvd, Suite C, Van Nuys, CA 91411.
2. Fax your Customer Service Request form to (818) 787 0265.
3. If you do not have a Customer Service Request form, you can download one by clicking the "Download PDF Form" button below. NOTE: Requires Adobe® Reader® 9.0 which is available free online.

Fill out the form online and email it to cs@schaffeldevelopment.com. You can also mail or fax it as per 1 and 2 above.
4. You can also fill out and submit the form Online at our Customer Service Request Form Webpage. Click the "File Online" button below.
